In regards to response, We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days. During launches and sale periods, responses may take slightly longer.

2. Order Processing

Orders Confirmation to be sent via Email/Whatsapp within 24-48 hours alongwith mentioned processing time which is as follows:

  • For Unstitched/PRET/RTW : 24-48 HOURS
  • For Luxury Pret : 4-5 weeks
  • For Formals : 8-12 weeks
  • For Bridals : 12-15 weeks

Orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Tracking details will be  shared once order is shipped.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Local delivery takes upto 2-3 business days after dispatch
  • International delivery takes upto 5-10 business days after dispatch depending on the Shipping method opted at the time of Checkout
  • Delivery charges to be calculated at checkout
  • Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or customs related concerns.

PLEASE NOTE : Custom charges depends on Customs department of the destination Country, Brand is not responsible for custom charges. Customer is liable to pay duty/custom charges for parcel’s clearance. No Refunds will be catered If Customer refuses to pay Duty Charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Paid Orders can be Cancelled within 24 hours of Order confirmation. We request customer to notify within 24 hours if they want to proceed with Order Cancellation.

5. Complaint Policy

  • All complaints will be handled by team on priority
  • Resolution time will be 2–5 working days

We request customers to share complaint within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with Proper details including Order number, Received Outfit images along with their mentioned concern. Customer’s cooperation in this regard will highly be appreciated. We truly appreciate your support.

NOTE : We expect respectful communication from customers. We request Customers to avoid Abusive or inappropriate behavior.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchange can only be offered under the following conditions:

For Pret/Unstitched, Exchange can only be requested within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, Else No Exchange request will be catered. Outfit should be Unworn, Unwashed with original Packaging and tags intact. Valid reasons for exchange are as follows:

  1. Size Issue
  2. Defective Item Received
  3. Incorrect Item Received

PLEASE NOTE : All Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Furthermore, Customer is liable to pay Return shipping cost.

  • For Luxury Pret, Formals/Bridals, No Exchanges/Replacements can be Offered.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Refunds/Returns can only be offered if Customer receives a defective or an incorrect product. Customer is liable to send the received item back to proceed further with the Refund Request.

  • Approved Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be processed via Original payment method i.e: Bank transfer OR Card payment

8. Product Information

  1. We strive to display colors and details accurately.
  2. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution.
  3. Size charts are already provided on the website with each product for guidance. Incase of any confusion, Customer can always connect via Whatsapp for better understanding in regards to Sizing/Measurements.
