Order confirmations will be sent via Email/Whatsapp within 24–48 hours along with processing time:

  • Unstitched / PRET / RTW: 24–48 hours
  • Luxury Pret: 4–5 weeks
  • Formals: 8–12 weeks
  • Bridals: 12–15 weeks

Orders are carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch. Tracking details will be shared once shipped.

3. Shipping Policy

  • Local delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • International delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on shipping method)
  • Delivery charges calculated at checkout
  • Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or customs

Note: Customs duties depend on the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. No refunds will be issued if duty is refused.

4. Cancellation Policy

Paid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.

5. Complaint Policy

Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with order details and images.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
